How we can help

Our in-home physiotherapy service is intended to assist individuals who experience mobility challenges or have difficulty leaving their home to attend clinic appointments.

Our team of registered physiotherapists will bring all needed supplies with them and attend to your care within your home whether that is a house, apartment, condo, long-term care, or in hospital.

For your convenience, we also offer the option to process extended health benefits. Payment for treatment will be collected at our clinic, a credit card will need to be kept on file in a secure manner. A statement will be sent to you after payment has been processed.

What to Expect at your visit:

Our trained physiotherapists will visit your home to provide personalized care tailored to your needs. Sessions typically last an hour, and our goal is to create a comfortable and effective treatment experience for you to get better. Our therapists bring all necessary equipment for your treatment.

Pets Are Welcome (With Some Rules!)

We understand that pets are part of the family. If you have pets, we kindly ask that they are in a separate area during our visit to ensure the session proceeds without distractions or safety concerns for both you and our therapist.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours, so we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Space for Parking

To help our therapist arrive and set up efficiently, please ensure there’s a convenient parking space available near your home. If special instructions or permits are required, let us know in advance.

Payment 

Once the therapist arrives and completes his session with you the fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
