Jaime joined the LiveWell team in 2017.
Jaime is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2015 and is happy to work in the community that raised her.
Jaime has a passion for providing care and treating conditions in which massage therapy can assist with overall wellness. She uses a variety of techniques including Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, deep tissue massage, hydrotherapy and stretching. She is excited to be a part of the LiveWell family and is looking forward to meeting you and helping you reach your personal health goals.
