Lyndsay Richards

Lyndsay joined the LiveWell Waterloo (Formerly Absolute Rehab Centre) team in 2019 after graduating with honours from the Occupational and Physiotherapist Assistant program at Conestoga College in 2016. Previous to that, Lyndsay worked as a PTA in a long term care facility for 2 years. Lyndsay is a firm believer in functional exercises and thinks that exercise is vital in everyday life no matter your age or ability. It is never too late to start healthy habits even just a little at a time.

As of August 2020, Lyndsay has also taken on the role of Operations Manager. Lyndsay has demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for our clinic since she has started with us. Outside of the clinic, Lyndsay enjoys being active in the great outdoors, practicing yoga & weight training, cooking, and of course spending time with friends, family, and her black lab Colton.
