Kate is one of our massage therapists here at LiveWell Waterloo (Formerly Absolute Rehab Centre)- she did her schooling at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge. Prior to becoming an RMT, she completed an honours degree in Psychology at the University of Waterloo where she found her passion for deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and working with patients one on one. Kate also has a vast amount of experience treating sports related injuries.

Kate has lived in the Waterloo area her whole life. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, drawing and painting, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
